CHILDREN’S MEMORIAL HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT
The Chicago Children’s Memorial Hospital sat at the iconic convergence of Lincoln, Fullerton, and Halsted St. in the heart of Lincoln Park. As part of the next chapter of its life, McCaffery Brokerage tasked Kitchen Sink to put together an investor kit to show how the future of the space would be developed to meet the needs of the growing urban community. They envisioned a sustainable, walkable social center with shops, living areas, and access to transit and local universities.
The design pulls heavily from the geometry of the iconic intersection, with Chicago street maps forming the basis of the grid in the brochure layout.
